Roshni – Four-Shade Organza Pakistani Gharara, Inspired by Maha Wajahat
The Roshni — Urdu for brightness — is an all-organza Pakistani gharara in four shades: golden orange, white, French blue and olive green. Inspired by the playful elegance of Maha Wajahat and made in our own ateliers, it carries around 200 artisan hours of kora, dabka, stones, resham and beads in gold thread — organza's crisp translucence keeping the knee-gathered gharara flare light enough to dance in. The golden orange is pure mehndi; the white a fresh nikkah-guest choice.

Roshni is made to your measurements — shirt length, dupatta weight and modest styling are all customisable, and beyond the four standard shades it can be hand-dyed in any of 900+ colours from our custom colour library. The standard dupatta is plain with a kiran border unless listed otherwise; hand-dyed fabric carries gentle natural variation. Made to order in 4–6 weeks or in stock shipping in 10–12 days — express worldwide delivery with duties included, and a video of your finished outfit for approval before dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £500.

Before you order
- Colour is a guide, not an exact match. Studio lighting, your screen, and natural dye variation mean the shade you receive may differ slightly from the images. This is a hallmark of handmade, made-to-order pieces — not a fault. If an exact colour matters, request a swatch before ordering.
- Hand-made, so no two are identical. Every design is hand-produced as a custom piece by a large team working across different workshops. Minor variation is normal and to be expected — no two outfits will be 100% identical, and small design variations are part of the handmade nature of each piece.
- About the dupatta. The dupatta included as standard is a plain net or silk dupatta with a kiran border (as listed in the specifications). A statement border upgrade — extra lace and embellishment on the border — is available as a customisation. A fully heavier embroidered dupatta (as sometimes shown in the imagery) is a bespoke piece arranged through a consultation, with the price varying according to the amount of embroidery added.
