Delivery & Shipping Policy

At AÏNN London, every garment is a labor of love, featuring intricate, traditional hand-embellishment and premium tailoring. To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, our pieces are brought to life by our master artisans at our dedicated ateliers in Lahore and Islamabad, Pakistan.

Once your garment has passed our rigorous quality control, we entrust its international journey to globally recognised logistics leaders, including DHL Express, SkyNet, and UPS, ensuring a secure and trackable delivery directly from our ateliers to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing & Production Timelines (Please Read Carefully) To accommodate our premium craftsmanship, dispatch times vary based on the item's specific stock status. The current status of an item (In Stock vs. Pre-Order/Back Order) is always clearly labeled on the individual product page. Please factor in the following lead times before your item is dispatched from Pakistan:

• Ready-to-Wear (In Stock): While these items are part of our ready-to-wear collection, they require 5 to 7 business days for final stitching, sizing adjustments, and comprehensive quality assurance by our Lahore and Islamabad teams before they are handed over to the courier.

• Back Orders & Made-to-Order: If a ready-to-wear design is currently out of stock, or if you are commissioning a custom bespoke piece, it will be placed on back order and enter our production queue. Because these garments are crafted entirely from scratch, please expect the following production timelines:

  • Party Wear: 4 to 6 weeks.

  • Bridal Wear: 6 to 8 weeks.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these production and stitching timelines. Because back-ordered and custom garments are commissioned specifically for you, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the production process has commenced.

2. Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Back-Ordered Items) We do not offer split shipments. If your order contains a mix of "In-Stock" and "Back-Ordered" or "Made-to-Order" items, your entire order will be held and dispatched together in a single shipment once the final custom garment is complete. If you require your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

3. Estimated International Transit Times Once your garment has completed its respective stitching or production phase and passes final quality assurance, it is beautifully packaged and dispatched directly from Pakistan. The times below represent the shipping transit time after the garment is ready to leave our ateliers:

• United Kingdom: 3–5 Business Days

• Europe: 4–6 Business Days

• USA & Canada: 4–7 Business Days

• Rest of World: 5–8 Business Days

Note: These are estimates provided by our couriers. AÏNN London cannot be held liable or responsible for transit delays caused by extreme weather conditions, global courier logistics, or mandatory local customs clearance processes in your destination country.

4. Worldwide Shipping Rates We provide a straightforward, premium international shipping structure for our global clientele:

• Complimentary Worldwide Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £500 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

• Orders Under £500: Standard calculated international courier rates will apply at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Seamless Customs, Duties & Taxes (The Luxury Experience) When ordering internationally from Pakistan, customers often worry about hidden import costs. To ensure a sophisticated, transparent, and stress-free shopping experience, AÏNN London covers all customs, taxes, and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the absolute final price you pay. Our logistics team handles all international clearance procedures on your behalf, guaranteeing there will be no unexpected invoices, secondary charges, or "nasty surprises" requested by the courier upon your garment's arrival.

6. Tracking & Delivery Liability Upon dispatch from Islamabad or Lahore, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS message featuring your international tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s global journey in real-time.

• Signature Required: Due to the high value and bespoke nature of our garments, all international deliveries require a direct signature upon receipt.

• Transfer of Liability: Once the courier's tracking system officially logs a package as "Delivered" or "Signed For," the legal liability for the package transfers entirely to the customer. AÏNN London is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages post-delivery. If you actively authorize the courier to bypass the signature requirement (e.g., instructing them to leave the package in a "safe place" or with a neighbor), you assume total financial responsibility and do so entirely at your own risk.

7. Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Parcels It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. AÏNN London is not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entries. If a parcel is returned to our ateliers in Pakistan due to an incorrect address, a refusal to accept the delivery, or a failure to collect the parcel after multiple delivery attempts by the courier, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, secondary dispatch costs, or customs penalties incurred.

8. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses Because we rely on premium courier services that require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safety of your garments, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a standard residential or commercial address at checkout.
