Description

Mala – Linen Cream Pakistani Jora Set

The Mala — Urdu for garland — is understatement done properly: an all-silk Pakistani jora set in linen cream with golden undertones, an AÏNN London in-house design. Around 200 artisan hours of kora, dabka, stones and resham in gold thread glow against the neutral base — the trick that makes beige and nude occasionwear read richer than brights. A natural for engagements, nikahs and mothers of the bride who favour refinement over volume.

Try it on yourself with the AI virtual try-on above, and read verified customer experiences on our reviews page.

Before you order

  • Colour is a guide, not an exact match. Studio lighting, your screen, and natural dye variation mean the shade you receive may differ slightly from the images. This is a hallmark of handmade, made-to-order pieces — not a fault. If an exact colour matters, request a swatch before ordering.
  • Hand-made, so no two are identical. Every design is hand-produced as a custom piece by a large team working across different workshops. Minor variation is normal and to be expected — no two outfits will be 100% identical, and small design variations are part of the handmade nature of each piece.
  • About the dupatta. The dupatta included as standard is a plain net or silk dupatta with a kiran border (as listed in the specifications). A statement border upgrade — extra lace and embellishment on the border — is available as a customisation. A fully heavier embroidered dupatta (as sometimes shown in the imagery) is a bespoke piece arranged through a consultation, with the price varying according to the amount of embroidery added.

Amazing Quality

The Mala is absolutely gorgeous - photos don't do it justice. My sisters and I wanted matching outfits for our brother's barat. Khadijha suggested the same style in different colours and it was perfect - coordinated but not identical. Had a video call with Khadijha who showed me the actual outfit before shipping - exactly what I ordered Best online shopping experience I've ever had

Excellent Purchase

Just wow. The Mala is breathtaking. The jamawar fabric is stunning - rich and regal looking Arrived beautifully packaged via DHL - felt like receiving a luxury gift I nearly didn't order because I've been scammed before by 'DM for price' accounts. But this felt different - proper website, clear pricing, UK based. So glad I trusted them. When there was a slight delay, Khadijha kept me fully updated. Appreciated the honesty Already bought my second outfit from them

Delighted!

Just received my Mala and I'm absolutely in love with it. Was skeptical at first - too many horror stories of people paying hundreds and getting cheap tat. Did a deep dive on reviews, found their Companies House registration, then ordered. Absolutely legitimate and beautiful quality. Sonia went above and beyond to get my rush order out on time My sisters are all ordering now after seeing mine

Great But Minor Issue

The wine kurta is gorgeous and Khadijha was helpful. Only note: the dupatta was shorter than I expected but still workable. Would still recommend - just sharing honest feedback.

So Pretty

Finally found the perfect kurta - the Mala is everything I wanted. No customs charges - they handled everything. Arrived to my door hassle-free Our whole bridal party ordered together - bride, mother of the bride, bridesmaids. Savera created a colour palette for us so everything complemented the bride without matching exactly. Savera took my measurements over video call and the fit was spot on The dabka embroidery is heavy and luxurious, exactly like the pieces I've seen in Pakistan Already bought my second outfit from them

Perfect for the Occasion

I ordered the Mala for family dawat and it's perfect. The dabka and zardozi combination catches light beautifully Not gonna lie, I stalked their social media for months before ordering. Too many scams out there. Finally bit the bullet and I'm so happy I did - this is the real deal. Trust the process - you won't regret it

Almost Perfect

The garnet red kurta is gorgeous and Zara was helpful. Only note: delivery took about a week longer than quoted, but they kept me informed throughout. Minor point aside, it's a beautiful piece.
